Sad but true, most real estate agents are far more concerned with generating new listings than they are about selling the homes they've already listed. Providing you with timely feedback on the progress they are making is a very low priority item. We have a different approach. Our automated client home feedback system is just one way that we will provide you a much better home selling experience ending with the results you need.

When you list your home with us, each time your property is shown to a prospective buyer, the details of the showing are entered into my Home Feedback System. This system then automatically follows up with each showing agent three times to solicit his buyer's comments on your home. Once received, the comments are automatically entered into the system.

My clients receive private online access to the Home Feedback System, so you can:
- View feedback responses to-date
- View statistics summarizing feedback to-date and
- View the status of requested feedback

You'll get direct feedback from prospective buyers of your home allowing us to chat with the agent about your home or adjust the way your home shows before an issue negatively impacts the sale of your home.

I log all the agents that have seen your property. This is used to email every agent that has shown your home to let them know when we are about to receive an offer. This can lead to multiple offers on your home. This log also allows me to contact other agents know about any changes in your listing. We also log all active agents with buyers, who have shown our inventory of homes. This gives me a platform to announce any changes to agents who have not yet shown your house, but just might!
